As a consequence of this premature press release, a lot of copy cats came up with fake creams. They assumed that just by mixing "aminophylline" to a cream like substance, the results were going to be effective. But our doctors had already conducted and extensive scientific research through Stanford University & UCLA, and they are the only ones that hold the patent to the formula "PerfectContours Solutionsä cellulite thigh cream "Smoothcontours"ä , which has been proven effective due to a proportional substance that on a certain percentage allows aminophylline to penetrate the skin to the fat layers, yet not deep enough to reach the blood stream. This mathematical formula makes this cream effective and safe, and avoids the necessity of FDA approval, since it is considered a "cosmetic". The copy cat imitations failed to produce the correct formula, and the "aminophylline" only crystallized on the surface of the skin without penetration, therefore these creams did not work.

When the original research on the aminophylline based thigh cream was performed, a number of the female test subjects volunteered the information that they notice that as the cellulite on their thighs disappeared, their breasts seemed firmer, and in some cases larger. On further investigation it was found that approximately 60% of the women using the thigh cream noticed a positive change in the appearance of their breasts. Based on this the scientists involved started looking for a substance that would have the opposite effect on the fat cells than aminophylline, i.e. would enlarge fat cells. Several effective substances were found, all of them being natural chemicals such as vitamins. It was found that adding these ingredients to a transdermal carrier system (a cream or gel that will absorb through the skin) and applied to the breasts increased the size of the fat cells under the skin and thus made the breasts appear firmer and/or larger. As this did not affect the glandular tissue of the breasts per se, there was no concern about causing breast disease such as tumors, etc. It was further noticed that if the subject used the thigh cream at the same time as using the breast cream, that the changes in the breast appearance were enhanced and took place more rapidly.

The doctors that developed the thigh and breast cream also realized that men had a fat accumulation problem around their waist regardless of the constant exercises and diets.
